Design and build integrated solutions specializing in building architecturally designed homes. We collaboratively work with our clients to create a build team that brings their vision and dreams to life. We have intentionally designed Total Concepts to be personal and responsive in embracing the relational side of business. We likewise realize the importance of having the professional, systemic and communication tools that produce the quality expected in building superior architecturally designed homes. We prefer to approach projects from an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model. IPD is a construction project delivery method that forms the Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Designers, Engineers and Primary Subcontractors into a Team from the very beginning of a project. This offers many benefits to the client as well as the architect and builder. Specifically, it strengthens a build team’s ability in bringing a client’s dream to reality in a more efficient and cost effective model by utilizing every member’s strength and area of expertise. IPD’s greatest benefit is that it empowers our clients to attain what is important to them. (i.e. creativity, flexibility, budget, control)

Today’s custom home is complicated. Not only is it engineered to a very high standard, but the sophistication of the clientele has also increased. Energy and data systems only dreamed about a decade ago have now become a necessity. Levels of finish have become very high and the added drama of the architecture requires complicated engineering.

The responsibility that the project is completed as designed and according to the wishes of the client rests completely with us. The clients’ happiness and a professionally completed project are our satisfaction.  Our vision is to be the pioneers of  BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IN SRI LANKA.
